By using Number Trainer (the web app, mobile apps, or related services), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app provides
Number Trainer is an educational tool for listening to and practicing numbers in multiple languages. It is provided for personal, non-commercial learning unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No professional advice
The app does not provide language certification, immigration, financial, or any other professional advice. Pronunciation and number words are generated automatically and may contain errors. Always verify important information with qualified sources.
Text-to-speech
Speech is produced through third-party text-to-speech services (including Microsoft Edge online TTS via an unofficial client). Those services may change, limit, or discontinue access without notice. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or voice quality.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not use the app to harass others or distribute malware.
- You are responsible for devices, network costs, and keeping your environment secure.
Accounts and progress
Today the app stores most progress locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of progress due to cleared browser data, device failure, or uninstalling the app. Future account features, if added, may be subject to additional terms.
Intellectual property
The Number Trainer name, branding, and application code are owned by the project author unless stated otherwise. Open-source components are used under their respective licenses (see Licenses). You may not copy or resell the app as your own product without permission, except as allowed by those open-source licenses.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROJECT AUTHOR AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR THE FREE VERSION).
Changes
We may update these terms or the app at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app or your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or if required for legal or technical reasons.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the project operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
